Description Job Objective Leads the advanced research and development of SW architecture in China, leads the solution generation and implementation of MBOS software to contribute to positive business results across various domains, including infotainment and ADAS, and ensures its adaptability for current and future generations.Responsible for technical vision and leading research and development of innovative new technologies in the automotive industry such as 5G cloud, AI computing, Cabin & Drive OS In One System, etc.Leads technical discussions with headquarter experts to develop global software solutions and strategies, ensuring that aligned solutions and strategies are effectively deployed and implemented in China and globally.Leads the evaluation of the current software architecture, identifies any potential problems, and is responsible for enhancing and optimizing the system to achieve optimal performance and stability.Qualifications Education: Master degree or above, major in computer engineering, information engineering, embedded systems or a related engineering field.
Experience: More than 10 years of experience as SW Architect, Solution architecture, preferably in the automotive industry.More than 7 years of relevant work experience in in-vehicle infotainment system, ADAS system, and BCM & Gateway.Have led more than 2 product's SW Architecture Design and launched successfully.Have led SW Platform Design at the previous company.Knowledge: Proficient in automotive electronics industry systems, processes, standards, and toolchains; have an in-depth understanding and insights into the development trends of automotive products and technologies.Proficient in Automotive Operating Systems such as Linux, QNX, Android, Autosar OS.Proficient in SW base layer (kernel, driver, and BSP etc.), Middleware layer, and Application layer design and development.Strong technical stack background across multiple functionality domains like Audio/Video/Media/Connectivity/Diagnostics/Power management/Security/Graphics/Network/UI/AI/Vehicle Abstraction/Sensor Fusion.Good understanding of Automotive Classic Autosar and Adaptive Autosar.Good understanding of HW SoC and relevant peripheral devices.Good understanding of cross-domain communication protocols (SomeIp/DDS/IPC/Shared memory) and SOA concept, design, and implementation.Strong SW Architecture Design and Documentation skills, and good at presenting SW architecture design to internal and external teams.Has teamwork spirit, is willing to share, able to self-motivate, and influences and leads the team with a positive, hardworking, and optimistic attitude.Fluent in English; German is a plus.Preferred: Experience in large-scale operating system architecture design and technical proposals, sufficient software security awareness, and mastery of data encryption, code obfuscation, anti-cracking, performance optimization, and other technologies.Familiarity with the technical architecture of Hypervisor, CAN bus, Ethernet, TSN, OpenGL, Compositor, Wayland, AVB modules is preferred.
