You Are: An analyst with a deep understanding of the IT application and system integration (SI) market. Your expertise instills confidence in both your team and other leaders. You generously share knowledge while learning from others. As a skilled communicator and master negotiator, you aim to achieve win-win outcomes in every deal.
The Work: You use your IT application and/or SI services expertise and insights to guide key decision-makers on pricing. Assist sales teams and leaders in understanding client requirements and selection criteria. Evaluate the solution to benchmark its pricing against market standards. Conduct an internal analysis of the solution and develop deliverables to help the deal team identify and understand any gaps. Assess the feasibility and practicality of the solution, providing guidance and advice to the deal team. Oversee price positioning, financial structuring, deal shaping, and qualification activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals and market standards. Collaborate with teams to analyze solutions and prepare presentations. Educate sales and pricing teams on market context to instill confidence in our pricing approach. Set the standard for pricing excellence and establish best practices. Identify and implement improvements to sales tools and processes. Here's what you need: Extensive knowledge of application managed services (AMS) type and/or SI services type solutions and contracts Proven experience in developing AMS and/or SI costing and pricing solutions. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Fluency in English, both oral and written. Exceptional financial acumen and market intelligence. Advanced deal-shaping and negotiation skills. Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Extra credit if you have: Moderate pricing experience Previous sales experience You May Also Need: Must support/mirror working hours of the supported market unit or other business area Must be flexible with work hours according to shifting business needs A home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines. This includes a safe, ergonomic workspace and a high-speed internet connection that is stable and secure.
