About the opportunity: This is a key role in which you will be responsible for assisting the National Quote to Cash Operations Manager to ensure that prices and pricing configurations are loaded in a timely and accurate manner and that pricing policies and governance are adhered to. You will support the pricing team with ad hoc data extraction and analysis from time to time with further detailed key responsibilities to include:
Assisting in the implementation of pricing strategy through loading prices and configurations in the system.Ensuring pricing policies are adhered to and governance is followed.Recommending continuous improvement opportunities, whilst ensuring process map documentations and work instructions are up to date.Working across functions to help with the development of tool and systems that leverage HANZ customer data, drive sales and improve margin.Ensuring integrity and accuracy for all product pricing.Ensuring rebates are calculated accurately and according to contracts.Working closely with Account Managers & Sales Teams or product specific pricing people to make sure they know how to determine the right price.Managing the process of 'additional customer data' (DPL's) creation, change and maintenance.Maintaining the regional 'standard products listing'.Maintaining necessary regional price documentation as controlled documents - Issuing amendments as required.Further responsibilities are contained in the PD which is available upon request.
About you: Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, IT and/ or statistical disciplines will be highly regarded.Previous experience in a similar pricing or support role.Experience in construction industry is desirable.High attention to detail while keeping overview of larger picture.Ability to prioritise work and work autonomously.Aptitude for working within a very busy, dynamic working environment, with the ability to manage multiple activities at any one time.An ability to maintain a professional attitude at all times, demonstrating respect and courtesy when dealing with customers, colleagues and suppliers.Ability to communicate clearly and liaise effectively at all levels (both internally & externally) ensuring communication is clear, concise, timely and relevant to the audience.Agile Customer Service mindset.Working knowledge & experience with SAP & Salesforce.Exposure to G Suite, Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, including the using of vlookups and pivots tables and data cleansing.This is an outstanding opportunity to grow your career within our world leading business.
