As a Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and guidance during the presales process. Your primary focus will be to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the capabilities of our software solutions, and assist in closing sales deals. This role requires strong technical acumen,excellent communication skills, and a customercentric approach.Your key responsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of Thinfinity solutions, including functionalities, features, and technical specifications.Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and challenges.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our software solutions. Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and design customized solutions to address them effectively.Analyze customer requirements and challenges, mapping them to Thinfinitys solutions, showing how these offerings meet or exceed their needs.Prepare compelling proposals and technical documentation, highlighting the features, benefits, and implementation plans of our software solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and prospects.Analyze different customers use cases to evaluate the pains and goals of the solution implemented.Gather customer feedback and insights on product usage, challenges, and enhancement requests.Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies to effectively position our software solutions.Collaborate with the Content Team to develop technical documents, such as whitepapers, howtos, guidelines and userfriendly tutorials to effectively convey new features and promote best practices.About you5 Years of proven experience in a presales engineering or similar technical role, preferably in the software industry.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.Strong understanding of software solutions, IT infrastructure, and related technologies.Advancednative English is a must, as you will be using it daily to engage with native customers.Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.Experience usingselling RDP and remote access solutions is a plus.You must be familiar or excited about startups with broad responsibilities, busy, dynamic environments, and very willing to learn new skills and technologiesWhy youll love working with usAt Cybele Software, we are passionate about achieving our goals.
