Job DescriptionResponsible for all used car sales at the dealership.
Hands-on closing deals on the sales floor.
Forecasts goals and objectives for sales and gross on a monthly and annual basis.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all used car sales at the dealership.Hands-on closing deals on the sales floor.Forecasts goals and objectives for sales and gross on a monthly and annual basis.Manages vehicle inventory and reconditioning of trade-ins.Appraises incoming used cars.Must be a strong closer and willing to engage customers early in the process.RequirementsUsed Car Sales Management experience required.Auction experience is a plus but not required.Outstanding communication skills, written and oral.Customer service skills, selling ability, and positive outlook.Strong product knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry.Understanding of and ability to coach and counsel employees and help them to grow into top salespeople.Positive team management/motivation skills.Professional appearance and work ethic.Valid Driver's License.Please upload your resume.
