29th August, 2024 Mercedes-Benz Waverley has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Luxury Pre-Owned Vehicle Salesperson.

While working in our state-of-the-art facility, you will have access to the country's most extensive range of Mercedes-Benz Certified cars and be part of this professional, friendly, and customer-focused team.

About the role: As a Preowned Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for showcasing our impressive range of preowned Mercedes-Benz vehicles to our esteemed customers.

Your main duties will include: Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, providing detailed product information and assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Conduct test drives and demonstrate the features and benefits of our pre-owned vehicles to potential buyers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Collaborating closely with our finance and insurance teams to offer customers tailored financing options and additional products, maximizing sales potential. Manage and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records and efficient follow-up. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your luxury brand knowledge and passion for customer service and make your mark with our high-performing Mercedes-Benz dealership. You can influence your salary with our uncapped industry-leading commissions, fully maintained company vehicle, and other exciting benefits. Who are we looking for? Previous experience in automotive pre-owned sales, preferably in the luxury vehicle market. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A passion for providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software. Ability to think outside of the square. A valid driver's license. Reporting to the Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager, you will receive fantastic on-the-job induction and training and be supported by an experienced team.
