Responsibilities
- Making calls to databases of own customers with contracted insurance.
- Offering the renewal of household appliance insurance and the sale of additional insurance.
- Providing information on legal guarantees, consumption and conditions.
- Handling the company's software for the management of the database and the client portfolio.
Required
- Fluent in Portuguese language
- At least 1 year of experience in Telesales / Telemarketing / Customer service campaigns with sales, preferably in outbound calls.
