Job Title: Polish-Speaking Customer Advisor – Remote/Hybrid (Bulgaria) Location: Remote (within Bulgaria) / Hybrid (Sofia, Bulgaria – relocation provided) Industry: Sports Industry Languages: Minimum B2 Polish & B2 English About Us: We are a leading company in the sports industry, dedicated to offering innovative products and services to sports enthusiasts worldwide.

To continue our growth and provide excellent support to our expanding customer base, we are looking for a talented Polish-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team.
This is a remote role for candidates located in Bulgaria, with the option for hybrid work in Sofia if relocation is preferred.
Position Overview: As a Polish-Speaking Customer Advisor , you will play a critical role in ensuring that our Polish-speaking customers receive excellent support across various channels.
You will assist with product inquiries, order management, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
While prior experience in customer service is a plus, we value enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for sports.
This position offers a remote work opportunity within Bulgaria , and candidates who prefer hybrid work in Sofia will be provided with relocation assistance.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to Polish-speaking customers via email, phone, and live chat, offering timely and professional assistance for inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting.
Product and Service Assistance: Help customers understand our products, explain features, guide them through the purchasing process, and assist with any after-sales support, including returns or exchanges.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, working to resolve them quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
Documentation and Case Management: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system for follow-up, feedback, and process improvements.
Collaboration with Teams: Work alongside internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience and to address any product or service-related challenges.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide the best possible advice and assistance to our customers.
Customer Feedback: Gather valuable insights from customers to inform improvements to our products and services, contributing to the company's growth and success.
Required Qualifications: Language Proficiency: Fluency in Polish (B2 level minimum) and English (B2 level minimum) is required.
You should be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers in both languages.
Customer Service Experience: While prior experience in customer service is advantageous, we welcome candidates with a strong customer-first mentality, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to handle complex customer issues and find creative solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with company policies.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in using customer service software, CRMs, and general computer applications.
Full training will be provided.
Sports Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for sports, whether recreational or professional, is highly desirable.
Understanding the sports industry will enable you to better relate to and assist our customers.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends.
Team Player: While the role is remote, you should have the ability to collaborate effectively with remote colleagues and cross-functional teams.
