Job Summary: The Profit Management & Activation team (PM&A) is a new finance team within the Profit & Cost Capability organization. The team partners with sales, commercial, finance and business leaders to activate profit levers, enabling Accenture to invest in our people and our business while meeting our shareholder commitments. The Profit Management & Activation team will also actively shape Accenture's forward-looking guidance and support the Quarterly Earnings process.
To enable and ensure truly deep specialization of content, the team will be comprised of four activation teams aligned to Accenture's Profit Levers model. The teams are: Pricing & Revenue, Delivery Solutioned Costs, Delivery Enablement Capabilities, and Delivery Structural Costs-People.
The Profit Management & Activation team will NOT be organized by geography or service, but rather by lever.
Key responsibilities: Identify Revenue, Pricing, Cost-To-Serve, and structural actionable insights leading to profit activation opportunities across Accenture's defined profit levers and sub-levers Support Business Runners with insights and specific options to build durable and sustainable profitable growth Support Finance Leaders (Market CFO, etc.) with insights and leverage to drive predictable financial outcomes Partner with existing finance and non-finance experts to streamline the efficient aggregation of information (e.g. Sales, Quality, Non-Contract Costs, etc.) Success will be measured through the realization of increased profit at stakeholder nodes We expect the day-to-day responsibilities to include several meetings with senior leaders across multiple stakeholder functions. These meetings provide the Profit Management & Activation team members with an opportunity to influence our business results in an entirely new and exciting way.
Skills & Work Experience: Confident and comfortable dealing with Finance and non-finance executive leadership Ability to lead and drive in a fast-paced business environment Strong foundational understanding of Accenture's economic model, key Finance metrics and Financial Management Systems Strong communication and storytelling skills, ability to build strong networks and collaboration environments Consistent learner with an ability to apply learnings through surfacing actionable, business-relevant insight and recommendations Innovative mindset Knowledge of agile methodologies Minimum of 10 years' experience in finance Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and working knowledge of ACN financial application suite (e.g., SAP, BR, MMB, Navigator, Digital Tools, etc.)
