Plant Maintenance Manager Eugene

ABOUT YOU:

You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial or food manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years' experience in a maintenance, engineering, project management, and/or production management role. Prior leadership experience is required.

You have a high school diploma or GED, required. A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferred. Candidates without a completed bachelor's degree will need at least 10 years of related experience.

You have previous experience leading in a continuous improvement/lean manufacturing and consumer packaged goods industry.


You have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance programs and work order systems.

You have demonstrated fundamental skills in influencing and persuasion.

You have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability in interpersonal skills associated with developing trusting relationships.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask.

You have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, MVP, and other company software packages.

You are able to support a 24/7 manufacturing plant, which may include day or night schedules and/or weekends, as business needs dictate.
