Your mission will be to: Support the site by achieving goals and by aligning Maintenance planning with the Site strategy and goals. Actively leverage best practices across the business with other sites. Drive and incorporate the benefits of a World Class Organization into the plant's culture. Comply with all internal and external laws & regulations, safety, health and environmental standards. Actively seek optimizations regarding planning and scheduling, leading daily meeting systems or specific meetings (scheduling, maintenance shutdown), coordinating the activities of Maintenance technicians (26 FTE) and contractors (50 CONT) ensuring that a proper communication platform with the site is properly addressed to optimize asset availability and maintenance performance. Define and manage maintenance planning and scheduling to improve maintenance performance measured through KPIs, use and update SAP platform (equipment, maintenance periods, criticality, spare parts, type of maintenance), develop bi-weekly maintenance schedule, lead maintenance shutdown planning, coordinate all requirements of the planning and scheduling (resources, general services, spare parts, supplies, special equipment), align and communicate plan with area referents. Work together with Reliability, Maintenance Engineers, and Manufacturing team to reach high standards of asset care, support reliability and maintenance strategy, plan operations tasks during shutdowns, improve SAP platform and maintenance plans, develop and follow KPIs. Active participation in all LEAN related activities that may impact his daily role to support the Production System effectiveness. Support PHA analysis and Hazard Reviews, Audits (Internal and External), Manufacturing improvements, and Capital projects to maintain and develop the installations and processes. Define the medium-term planning strategy for investment projects. Lead and support weekly scheduling, providing the necessary support to the project team for efficient programming. Unlock your potential: B.S. in Engineering or similar. At least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and Project Management. Knowledge of legal requirements as well as safety standards and obligations. Strong willingness and ability to deliver results, with a good sense of priorities. Flexibility.
