You will have the opportunity to work with their Global Team to provide quality services to external managed service clients as well as internal business units. This job will offer you opportunities to work in diverse environments and be responsible for the provision of system support across multiple domains, design/quote/delivery projects as well as consulting and pre-sales opportunities.
Work individually or within a team on software product consulting projects to meet specific customer requirements. May include support, maintenance, and administration. Work directly with the client and may travel to the client site. Provide technical direction and guidance to the delivery team and take responsibility for project deliverables through all phases of the SDLC.
Duties & Responsibilities:Design and programming of agreed developments/modifications to the system.Assist other developers in the design of their components.Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure understanding of client's requirements.Assist Business Analysts with defining customer requirements.Unit testing of code and quality assurance of system.Resolve issues relating to the integration of project deliverables.System promotions to existing and new customers.Ensure established standards and procedures are followed at all times.Diagnose and correct system defects.Identify situations where the system must be customized to meet client requirements.Prepare estimates of the labor hours and calendar time required to implement proposed changes to the software or correct root causes of operational problems.Accurately estimate time frames required to complete assigned tasks.This is a full office position. The office is at Microcentro, CABA.
