Master's degree in physical therapy or Baccalaureate degree in physical therapy for graduates prior to January 1, 2002 Graduate from a college or university approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE). Any current, unrestricted state license A minimum of one year post graduate experience as a physical therapist within the preceding two years. Board certification in neurology, orthopedics, or sports from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS)
