#OGJS Temporary contract / Duration: 6 months
ROLE PURPOSE: The Personnel Logistic Coordinator ensures the safe and timely personnel logistic and travel arrangements for the Mobilization & Demobilization activities based on detailed personnel forecasts taking into account the constraints and evolution of the projects.
ROLE CONTRIBUTION: Control the quality and accuracy of the detailed personnel forecast data (dates, visas, legal requirements, logistic constraints, etc.) with the Project Managers for keeping consistency and foresee potential changes during the project execution. Provide the Project Manager with appropriate advice about mobilization/demobilization challenges (notice to traveller, visa and flight issues, cost optimization, alternative solutions...) to help for project optimization. Prepare Visa strategy and coordinate with the Client Logistic Representative, Local Agents, Travel Agents, Visas Agent and Manning Agencies ensuring all the local and international requirements/documentation is foreseen and obtained in due time. Follow-up purchase orders with buyer (Supply Chain Department). Inform the Vessel representatives (Offshore Superintendent / Field Engineer) about the planning forecast. Ensure a high level of service to travellers and manning agencies providing accurate information as coordinating the travel arrangements and logistic. Prepare and issue the travel booklet & project logistic process in accordance to specific requirements (country, Client and many other details). Report to Project Managers for Mobilization / Demobilization related activity. Review and Follow-up stakeholders and travelers' invoices and expenses related to Project. Job Requirements: Min bac+2 or BTS Tourism or equivalent if foreign diploma. At least 2 years' experience in a similar position or project assistant experience or travel agent.
