Responsibilities
Creative Project Oversight :
Manage the development and execution of digital creative assets (websites, ads, social media content, etc.), ensuring they align with brand guidelines and objectives.
Project Management :
Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring creative projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Act as the main point of contact between creative teams and other departments (e.g., marketing, product) to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Creative Project Management :
2-3 years of experience managing digital creative projects from concept to completion.
Digital Production Experience :
Hands-on experience in producing and delivering digital creative assets across various formats (web, social, email).
Client / Stakeholder Management :
Proven ability to manage client or internal stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Skill Sets
Project Management Expertise
Proficiency in tools like Asana, Monday or Trello, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Creative Understanding
Solid grasp of digital design principles (e.g., UX / UI) and the ability to ensure creative assets meet brand and platform standards.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration and managing expectations with stakeholders and team members.
