Job Description: You will be a core member in the Arg & Distributors Team, being an expert in Offline/Online Shelf. Your main objective will be to ensure all Mars products (Pet Nutrition and Confectionery) have a best-in-class visibility on retailer websites and offline point of sales, to increase the shopper conversion. To do this, you will be confident in collaborating closely with multiple teams: Sales, Marketing, Partner Agencies, Regional Teams, among others. So your role will cover the perfect store program for Arg & Distribuotors with an omnichannel approach. What are we looking for?Degree in business management, marketing, or similar. 2 years experience in a perfect store (offline/online) or sales or category roles. 2 Years professional experience working with leading multi- functional teams for Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries
Demonstrate ability in Excel, Power BI & Power Point. English speaking to a medium/advanced level. Ability to drive strategy and change, while implementing, analysing and reporting on numerous concurrent projects. Ability to navigate well in ambiguity. Proactive and go getter mentality. Analytical skills, to make data driven decisions & find opportunities. Assessment of market landscape and competition Experience with Project management and stake holder influence. What will be your key responsibilities?Analysis of the executional KPIs (distribution, content, executional metrics, etc.) for the offline and online channels, to detect opportunities and support action plans. Drive Perfect Store insights into actions. Keep the Picture Of Success updated to the business priorities. Keep stakeholders trained on Perfect Store. Keep Sales & Merchandiser team focus on Perfect Store mindset, to deliver our goals. The role is a key link between Mars and the Merchandiser Partner Agency. Lead periodic meetings.
