JOB PURPOSE If you are looking to support the running activities of the People Experience (PEX) Function to ensure data quality and the best employee experience, then this role is just for you!
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Support the running activities of the People Experience (PEX) function by maintaining data and documents for North America Employees.Receive, route, resolve, and properly close all Service Now, WD, or any other inquiries within their specialty or assignment in an accurate and timely manner. Specialist areas could include, but are not limited to hiring and onboarding, employee data changes, leave of absence, relocation requests, employee separations, global mobility transactions, and payroll support.Responsible for accurately entering data of North America employees in Workday.Support the creation of North America documentation by KEM.Execute effective communication with several stakeholders and peers.Perform specific data quality procedures by following audit processes on a regular basis.Participate in system UATs and identification of system issues related to continuous improvement processes by partnering with in-market stakeholders (North America) and the Global Team.Propose, develop, and maintain process-related documents on a regular basis to guarantee KEM flawless execution.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, or a related field required.Language: Advanced English, excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Demonstrated effective team task management, prioritization, and organizational skills using a combination of operational support/ticketing and project management tools.Desire experience with North America processes and incidents management for large organizations.Ability to work with cross-functional teams while working with and influencing stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with demanding project schedules.An independent worker/self-starter, striving to go the extra mile to deliver excellent performance.Display influencing and communication skills towards stakeholders and leadership teams.Ability to think both strategically and tactically with good attention to detail.High attention to detail, process-oriented, and a motivated self-starter.Tools: Experienced in Excel, Outlook, MS Forms.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships and negotiate with internal and clients with a "can do" attitude.Strong strategic and analytical planning and problem-solving skills.Skills Self-OrganizedSense of UrgencyCustomer CareTeamworkAttention to DetailsResponsibilityAccountabilityWritten and Verbal CommunicationLeadership Purpose & ServicePersonal MasteryPassion for High PerformanceConsumer LoveUnilever is an organization committed to equity, inclusion, and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
