The role: As the People Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and engaging employee onboarding experience. Reporting to the People Experience & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing onboarding programs tailored to each department, collecting and analyzing feedback to enhance the onboarding process, and revamping new hire communications to ensure clarity and effectiveness. Additionally, you will oversee the offboarding process, handle employee benefits management, and support special projects as needed. Your work will have a direct impact on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for new hires, fostering their integration into the company culture, and driving employee engagement and retention.

Responsibilities: Onboarding Program Development: Collaborate with department heads to design customized onboarding programs for each team. Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including guides and training resources. Track new hire attendance and monitor the effectiveness of the onboarding process. Oversee all US onboarding documentation, including I9 forms, employee handbooks, and necessary paperwork for new hires, ensuring legal compliance. Feedback: Gather feedback from new hires and trainers to continuously improve the onboarding experience. Analyze onboarding metrics and trends to identify areas for enhancement and optimization. Revamp New Hire Communications: Enhance and streamline new hire communications, including welcome emails, pre-reading materials, and instructional guides. Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the onboarding journey to provide a seamless experience for new hires. Off-boarding Handle the offboarding process end-to-end, ensuring compliance with all processes. Send off-boarding surveys and collect data to inform retention efforts. Maintain an up-to-date employee benefits database. Special Projects: Support in-person week coordination and logistics. Assist with merchandise orders and distribution. Manage employee benefits administration and coordination. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in designing and implementing onboarding programs. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and department heads. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a hybrid manner: 2-3 days/week in the office (Palermo, BA) Preferred requirements: Experience with remote onboarding and working in a remote company environment. Familiarity with employee benefits management and coordination. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
