Experience: Total 9+ years of experience with 5+ years as equity compensation / equity plan administrator serving mid and large client accounts in a corporate HR/Mobility function or with vendors offering equity administration solutions to organizations
Certification: Certified Equity Professional or other industry relevant certifications
As an Equity Delivery Solutions Team Leader within our PAS Tax department, you will be at the forefront of overseeing and administering our Client's global equity compensation plans. Your expertise will be pivotal in leading a team dedicated to excellence, driving strategic partnerships, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and service delivery. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to the team to successfully manage equity compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Equity Delivery Solutions team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning. Drive team performance through effective coaching, goal setting, and performance management.Equity Plan Administration: Take charge of administering the Client's global equity plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), performance shares, and employee stock purchase plans (ESPP). Ensure accurate and timely processing of all equity transactions.Strategic Partnership: Work closely with the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) and Compensation Global Process Owner (GPO) to implement, maintain, and update equity plans in alignment with organizational goals and compensation strategies.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within the equity compensation framework. Develop, document, and implement operational processes and controls to streamline activities, increase efficiency, and mitigate risk.Compliance and Auditing: Ensure global compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and maintain SOX controls. Develop and enforce operational processes to manage risk effectively.Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making, drive process improvements, and support strategic initiatives. Establish and continuously enhance team service delivery success metrics.Communication and Training: Engage with cross-functional team leadership, including Total Rewards, HR, Finance, and Legal, to support equity plan administration and address complex issues. Develop and deliver training materials to enhance understanding of equity programs across the organization.Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service for equity program inquiries in collaboration with delivery solutions.
