People Advisory Services

As part of the mobility team, you would work on different tasks of the Assignee Life Cycle (including sub processes such as preparation of US individual tax returns, data gathering, income and tax documents analysis, communication with clients, etc.). You will receive robust training before being assigned to the job. High quality, proactivity, efficiency, and good communication skills are the key success factors for this role. The role requires constant interaction with global offices, mainly in US and India, through the English language.

Execution of Activities US individual tax returns preparation Data gathering, analysis and compilation of information and documents that make up the individual tax returns Document collection and review Assisting tax team with any non–tax related tasks where required (coordination of shared mailboxes, preparation of billing reports, monitoring engagements status, etc.) Tracking of relevant documentation Billing Global coordination of clients Writing internal & external communications in English Ensure adherence to EY's risk management protocols Deliver on accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness in tasks Own accountability for performance and quality metrics; SLA/KPI reports, client reporting, escalations, utilization and performance metrics Identify opportunities to improve quality, business performance and process efficiency. Work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Complete performance review annually including goal settings and professional development activities for team members and helping them meet them throughout the year Contribute to ad hoc projects, including research, project management and data collection activities as required. Be effective on the floor in terms of sharing learning/insights with peers/juniors/seniors. Escalate case or project issues in a timely manner with proactive solution-based approach Ensure on time delivery on all client deliverables. Attend mandatory trainings and certification courses. Requirements Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Project Management will be preferred. Fluent in English, written and oral.
