This is a Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements.
The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language.
Resumes must be submitted in English. Responsibilities: Accurately and timely process the company's payroll. Develop, implement, and manage payroll-related policies, procedures, controls, and formulating recommendations for improvements. Liaise with ADP regarding payroll-related matters. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Reconcile payroll/accounts ledger with the accounting department. Communicate with managers and staff and train them on payroll-related matters, particularly the ADP Workforce Now time and attendance system and employee dashboard. Assist with employee benefits, including 401(k) plan implementation, enrollment, and management. Coordinate with the Human Resources department regarding data collection, maintenance, security, and integrity. Other projects and tasks as assigned. +3-4 years of proven experience with payroll applications, reporting tools, and software, including time and attendance systems; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred. Experience in US payroll and benefits. Leadership experience. ADP experience. Experience with Deel. Associate's degree or bachelor's degree or payroll-related certifications, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated strong teamwork ethic. Self-motivated with great attention to detail. Ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate projects and manage a large volume of detailed tasks.
