In this role, The Payroll Specialist based on Argentina will be responsible for ensuring that Payroll processes for Mexico market are executed flawlessly and to deliver the highest level of service to our colleagues. The candidate should also show the ability to drive innovation, productivity and process improvements and to drive and support external perspective and enterprise thinking.
Main responsibilities: Support Payroll Operations. Conduct controls and validations to ensure timely and accurate payment to colleagues in Mexico.Management of regulatory and statutory reporting and payments: ISR, ISN, IMSS, CFDI.Support internal and externals payroll audits.Management of Bank Portals.Support continues improvements and initiatives related to payroll function in the region.Create and maintain repository source of information and documentation (SOPs) as per company standards.Skills & Qualifications: Advanced student or graduated in Labor Relations, Accountant, Human Resources or Related.5+ years of work experience in a Payroll role working for Mexico´s market is required.Experience with SAP Payroll system or similar.Intermediate/Advanced level of English.Proficient with MS Word and Excel.Knowledge on regulatory processes.Highly organized and detail oriented.Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met.Minimum Qualifications We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
