Job DescriptionAssist the Senior Accountant on monthly payroll computation and processing for the entity (Argentina).Close cooperation with Operations and HR departments to ensure accurate reporting of payroll.Ensure payroll journal entries and accruals are recorded in the general ledger in a timely manner and are accurate.Assist performing monthly payroll and tip reconciliations as part of the month-end close procedures.To perform all additional work designated by the Senior Accountant as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting.3-5 years of proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated experience in all areas of payroll and payroll processing inclusive of payroll tax.Initiative and self-driven desire for excellence.Good understanding of the common fiscal procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel.Proficiency in English.Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.Additional InformationWe offer: Competitive remuneration packageProfessional and personal developmentOpportunities to progress within the company
