Responsibilities: The Payroll Intermed Analyst performs business analysis for HR and Payroll operations organization.Creates and implements internal procedures and business requirements.Creates and manages the business analysis and documentation of system change specifications.Develops and implements user application test plans; Executes test plans and identifies discrepancies.Resolves discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, implements corrective measures, and retests as needed.Interprets data and makes recommendations.Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications: 2-5 years relevant experienceIn-depth specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data.Ability to identify policy gapsSolid working experience in a related role (combination of education/experience)Professional focused on controls and experience in solving complex situationsAdvanced English (writing and speaking)Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experienceAdditional Information: Su rol no sera operativo, no estara orientado al proceso BAU de NOMINA.Se necesita que la persona tenga conocimientos de NOMINA generales.Trabajara con los siguientes paises: Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru y Colombia.Manejara proyectos relacionados con Payroll y dara soporte al equipo de nomina de estos paises.Trabajara sobre proyectos especiales.Cumplimiento de Politicas y normativas internas de CITI.Ingles Avanzado (NO EXLCUYENTE).Excel Avanzado.Data analytics.Job Family Group: Operations - Services
