The RoleOperating as part of a Global Centralized HR Support Center in the Global People Services (GPS) Team, the Payroll Operations Team Lead will be responsible for the efficient management of compensation and payroll-related actions across the Employee Lifecycle.
This role ensures quality, accuracy, and adherence to local standards in employee data management and payroll-related information.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the employee offboarding process, implementing the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), and supporting the Rewards Team in critical compensation cycles.
The position also entails active participation in global projects and leadership of the operations team, enhancing collaborative efforts across functions.
What you will do:Operations Team Leadership:Lead and manage the Compensation Operations team, fostering a collaborative environment and optimizing team performanceFoster and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholdersHandle and resolve complex issues escalated by the teamCompensation & Payroll related data:Guarantee the maintenance of compensation actions and payroll-related data within the employee lifecycle management system.Ensure payroll-related data reaches the relevant Payroll teams in the region on an accurate and timely mannerEnsure quality assurance and correctness of all inputs, adhering to local compliance requirements.
Oversee the LTIP rollout, ensuring alignment with company strategy and engagement goals.Employee Offboarding Process:Manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards and a smooth transition while maintaining data integrity.
Global Project Participation:Engage in global projects, contributing to strategic initiatives and promoting best practices in compensation and operational management.
Collaborate with the Rewards Team on key processes such as merit increases, annual salary reviews, and LTIP planning and execution.Process Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement within HR operations and lead initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency, service quality, and employee experience.
