About the role We are looking for a Payroll Advisor to become part of the Global Payroll team supporting our LATAM operations. The incumbent will be working in partnership with our outsourced service providers to monitor execution of payments, manage complex queries, while always looking for ways to improve the control environment.
This role is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner from Finance, Payroll or HR background who is ready for the challenging environment of working in a global payroll team.
Reporting to the Senior Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for: Providing technical and processing guidance end to end payroll processes and governance framework for different jurisdictions (e.g., Brazil, Chile, Perú).
Point of contact for outsourced providers in relation to process and system improvements.
Review, analyze and verify payroll data and reports for accuracy.
Analyze and resolve complex matters requiring comprehensive knowledge of payroll policies and procedures.
Ensuring with third party expertise, local HR, benefit team strict compliance with all local payroll procedures local employment legislation as per legislation/statutory requirements.
Ensuring payroll processes are compliance proof, meet business requirements and expected employee felt experience and process are documented.
Establishes regular communication with customers to anticipate additional service requirements and changes and works with appropriate groups (People Services and Areas of expertise) where required to exchange information and resources.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement new processes to streamline the payroll functions.
What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or Accounting/Finance.
Minimum 5 years' experience in payroll operation and compliance and HR processes for multiple jurisdictions.
Good knowledge in driving improvements and integration projects in a complex environment.
Flexibility and ability to cover a wide range of focus areas and operate at multiple levels of detail.
Strong stakeholder management capability, demonstrating excellent communication and engagement across different streams within an organization.
Strong analytical skills to assess performance data to drive improvements in the end-to-end process delivery.
Intermediate English level.
