What we are looking for:Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable server-side applications using the .NET framework and related technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and designers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and implement efficient and secure RESTful APIs and microservices to support client applications and integrations.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code following software development best practices and coding standards.Perform thorough testing and debugging of backend applications to ensure high quality and reliability.Optimize application performance and scalability through code optimizations, caching strategies, and database optimizations.Proficiency in SQL databases both in writing queries and optimizing performance.Understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, continuous integration and delivery pipelines.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to architectural guidelines, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or identified through monitoring and logging systems.Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in backend development and actively contribute to improving development processes and efficiency.We find it extra awesome if you have experience with:Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).Strong background in backend development, with experience in languages such as C#, Python, Go, Java, or similar.Knowledge of NoSQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server databases.Experience in design and implementation of distributed systems that comprise of multiple domain-oriented services.Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.We don't expect you to be an expert in all these technologies but would anticipate experience with some combined with a curiosity for others: etcd, Consul, Redis, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, gRPC, Orleans.If you are interested to learn more, please apply with your CV in English.
