Our team provides comprehensive immigration services to a diverse portfolio of international clients, facilitating the global mobility of their employees and families for business travel. As a Global Immigration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing immigration processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison within the Global Coordination Team, supporting employees by preparing case files for Local Offices, including various types of permits and visa renewals. Generate detailed reports and conduct in-depth analysis of immigration programs using large and complex data sets. Engage in special immigration projects, collaborating with team members to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional service. Required Skills and Background: Client Interaction: Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume email inbox, draft clear and professional communications, and engage effectively with clients and travelers. Excel Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis, including familiarity with spreadsheets and formulas. Billing Experience: Previous experience or understanding of billing processes is advantageous. English Proficiency: Fluency in both oral and written English is essential. Teamwork: Proven capability to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to various projects with differing complexities. Communication: Exceptional organizational skills and strong verbal/written communication abilities.
