Parts Warehouseman

QUALIFICATIONS: College Graduate. Good time management and organization skills. Knowledge of automotive parts and their functions is an advantage. Preferably with a Driver's License. Job Summary: The Parts Warehouseman at Toyota Butuan is responsible for managing the storage, organization, and distribution of automotive parts within the warehouse. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and knowledge of automotive parts to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of automotive parts and supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records and update the warehouse management system regularly. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Organize and store parts in a systematic and accessible manner to facilitate efficient retrieval and distribution. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards. Implement best practices for space utilization and inventory storage. Pick, pack, and prepare parts for delivery or customer pick-up, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with service and sales departments to fulfill parts orders and meet customer demands. Coordinate with logistics personnel to ensure timely delivery of parts to the appropriate locations. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and internal staff with parts inquiries and requests. Resolve customer issues and discrepancies related to parts orders in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, shipments, and inventory adjustments. Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and other warehouse activities. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing warehouse operations. Ensure all parts handling and storage procedures comply with quality standards and industry best practices. Note: This is a general job description.
