Due to growth, we are now recruiting a Parts Interpreter who will provide 5-star service to our retail and commercial partners. About the role: End-to-end customer service; phone and email enquiries assisting with parts requests Providing fast and accurate parts interpretations and exceptional customer service from such sources as phone, fax, email and internal enquiries Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, guests and internal stakeholders. Process invoices & credits as required Assist with other general warehouse duties and tasks as required. Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to Provide exceptional customer service. Have a good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive work ethic with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment Computer and admin literacy skills The ability to problem solve and think on your feet Attention to detail A willingness to learn and continue to develop your skills Be friendly, helpful, confident and have an engaging personality Current driver's licence Our amazing benefits.
