Parts Advisor

Job Type: Shift pattern: 42.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30. Saturday overtime working will be on a rotational basis; 08:00 – 12:00.
Be a "Part of something" within a premium brand. M-B Truck and Van are looking for a Parts Sales Advisor to work in our new state of the art Dungannon dealership opening in August 2024.
Job Background and Purpose:To handle all customers/prospective customers in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner both on the telephone and in person.Communicating with customers, giving product advice along with promotions and offers.Identifying and sourcing Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle parts, processing orders in a timely and accurate manner.Upsell products and vehicle parts accessories.Locate unavailable items from other suppliers and arrange for delivery.Assist with stock management and with general parts department duties.Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.Aptitude, Values & Work Ethic:Positivity with the desire to learn and develop within the dealership.A passion for vehicles.Experience within a similar role within the motor industry.IT literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office and navigate parts catalogues.Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone, email and face-to-face.Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.A good team player with the ability to work on your own initiative.Commitment to delivering customer excellence.Experience of using Kerridge/CDK or a dealer management system.If you wish to join our market leading parts team, please submit your CV to Gillian McCrudden at ******.
