Our client is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Expert to help scale their paid marketing activities. You will plan and drive their global Affiliate Program strategy, optimise channel performance, and maintain strategic relationships with affiliates.
Responsibilities: Affiliate Outreach: Develop and execute a strategy to identify and engage potential affiliates, nurture relationships with existing affiliates, and measure success by the number of new affiliates acquired and increased affiliate engagement.
Partnership Procurement: Manage campaigns on the Impact platform, cultivate deep partnerships with key affiliates, and measure success by the number of deep partnerships and increased new sales.
Campaign Management and Optimization: Oversee affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives, optimise campaigns for maximum conversion and ROI, and measure success by conversion rates and increased affiliate-driven revenue.
Budget Management: Track affiliate performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, manage the affiliate marketing budget, and measure success by the accuracy of reports and maintaining cost-efficiency.
Test and Learn Experimentation: Experiment with new partner categories, enhance affiliate engagement and conversion rates, and measure success by the number of successful initiatives and increased engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications: Expertise in affiliate management with a track record of growing programs.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SaaS tools.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Organisational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of affiliate marketing trends and best practices.
Proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
Fluency in English; German is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
Experience in a high-growth, subscription-based business.
Experience with multi-country campaigns, especially in the DACH region.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cross-functionally.
