What you'll do: Data Reporting, Insights & Tools Management Conduct data analysis to support partner targeting, program execution, and performance measurement. This includes Designation/Specializations, TSP delivery, skilling results (GSI, IP), and event/program metrics.Provide partner-level reporting to identify skilling gaps, measure progress, and drive actionable strategies for the field.Develop monthly and ad hoc performance reports, including scorecard KPIs and ecosystem health measures, to inform MBR/SBR/QBR insights and actions.Manage and enhance the Americas Enablement hub and related tools, including intake forms, TSP orchestration, master calendars, and event insights tracking.Local Program Activation Drive the activation and utilization of global programs (e.g., ESI, LevelUp) by partnering with global enablement leads and local teams.Manage partner onboarding and field awareness efforts, including clear calls to action, proactive communications, and program benefits insights.Support localization initiatives, such as newsletters, SE&O calendar updates, and MASH requests, to improve program visibility and engagement.Who you are?
