Paralegal

Remote Paralegal (Argentina-based)

Falvey Law Firm is seeking a self-motivated, organized paralegal to support our U.S. practice remotely. We specialize in estate planning, probate litigation, trust disputes, business law, and elder care abuse cases.

Key Responsibilities: Manage case files, track deadlines, and prepare legal documents. Conduct research on U.S. laws and assist with court filings. Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court officials. Qualifications: Fluent English with excellent communication skills. 2+ years of legal experience, preferably with U.S. firms. Familiarity with legal software and Arizona law is a plus. Compensation: We wish to pay a competitive market rate, but we aren't sure if that is reflected in the choice we made in our Indeed posting application. Please contact us to discuss compensation. We do offer paid time off, which accrues each pay period for a total of 20 days in the first year.
