This is a remote, part-time role (15 hours/week), giving you the flexibility to thrive in your work and personal life.The Role: Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Craft compelling ad copy and creatives to maximize ROI and drive conversions.Analyze performance data to track KPIs, optimize funnel performance, and deliver actionable insights based around end funnel conversions.Stay ahead of trends, proactively identifying campaign opportunities and risks.Provide clear and concise reporting for clients via Dataslayer and Looker Studio, summarizing progress and outlining next steps.Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to streamline processes and enhance campaign management.What We're Looking For: Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Business Manager (minimum 5 years of experience).Expertise with analytics and ad platforms, including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Pixel, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel, etc.A strong track record of managing multiple clients' ad spends across multiple verticals with exceptional results.Prior experience (and enjoyment working) in an agency setting.Deep understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, ad grouping, and cost optimization strategies.A balance of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.A growth mindset with a passion for learning and evolving digital marketing strategies.What You Bring: Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage your time effectively in a remote setting.A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.Commitment to 15 hours per week, with availability for a 1-hour virtual sync meeting weekly.
