About You: The Paid Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a track record of delivering successful campaigns.
Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies to meet business objectives.Conduct market research to identify target audiences and key opportunities.Create detailed media plans, including budget allocation and channel selection. Campaign Management:
Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant channels.Manage keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI. Analytics and Reporting:
Use analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.Prepare regular reports on key metrics, campaign results, and budget utilization.Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and tactics. Collaboration and Communication:

Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in paid marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.Proven track record of managing successful paid marketing campaigns.Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms is a plus.Agency experience is a plus Other: Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
