Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Analyst with a strong background in managing paid media campaigns, specifically on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, with a focus on lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising for businesses with offline conventions or events, as this model differs from traditional e-commerce campaigns.
The right person should be highly proficient in creating, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns on Meta and TikTok, with a special emphasis on achieving lead generation goals. Additionally, experience in targeting and engaging the US Hispanic market is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement digital campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on Meta and TikTok, to drive lead generation and achieve business objectives.
Develop, test, and optimize campaign strategies based on audience segmentation, creatives, and budget management.Explore and identify new target audiences to increase campaign reach and volume.Track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Own the full lifecycle of campaigns: launching, analyzing, optimizing, and reporting to ensure continuous improvement and growth.Provide actionable insights through data-driven analysis of campaign performance, including both quantitative and qualitative evaluation.Work closely with the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions that deliver measurable business results.Support internal teams by sharing best practices and educating on product solutions.Monitor ad performance and optimize landing pages using tools like TikTok/Google Analytics, proprietary dashboards, and tracking systems.Qualifications: At least 2 years of hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta and TikTok, with a focus on lead generation.Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns, reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), and improve performance.Resourceful and able to solve complex problems independently in a fast-paced environment.In-depth knowledge of digital advertising and experience managing campaigns across various platforms.Strong level of English.Creative, collaborative, and comfortable working across business units and teams.Experience managing large-scale monthly budgets is a plus.
