About the role :
We are seeking a highly experienced Paid Ads Specialist with a proven track record of success in running effective advertising campaigns across both Meta and Google Ads platforms.
This role requires somebody with a lot of drive. We're not going to hold your hand. You need to know the ins and outs of Meta and Google and manage campaigns autonomously from conception to execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive paid advertising campaigns on Faceboo and Google Ads.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Produce detailed campaign performance reports and insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Regularly conduct competitor analysis to create new campaigns.
Requirements :
- Extensive experience as a Paid Ads Specialist with a strong portfolio showcasingsuccessful campaigns.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Paid Ads Specialist
- In-depth knowledge of Meta and Google Ads platforms, including best practices for optimization and scaling.
- Knowledge on how to scale to $50,000 / month in ad spend (minimum) . If you haven't managed this size of ad spend before, this is not the role for you.
- In-depth knowledge of Hyros and how to best utilize the platform to understand our data.
- Proficient in data analysis, A / B testing, and providing actionable insights.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
