Outbound Sales RepresentativeSalary Range: $1000 - $1,500 per monthExperience Required: 2+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-Time Job Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven outbound sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and nurturing existing relationships through emailing, calling, and messaging on LinkedIn. Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify potential clients through market research and develop targeted prospect lists.Initiate outbound communications via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages.Sales Outreach & Follow-Up:Conduct outbound phone calls and email campaigns to prospective clients.Craft personalized LinkedIn messages to connect with potential customers.Follow up on leads to build a robust sales pipeline.Relationship Building & Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.Sales Reporting & Metrics:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software.Track key performance metrics such as conversion rates and follow-up schedules.Qualifications:2-5 years of proven outbound sales experience.Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.Experience with email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messaging as sales outreach tools.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.High level of organization and attention to detail.If this opportunity sounds good to you,send us your resume!
