The Order to Cash Supervisor reports directly to the OTC Manager.
This position will be responsible for leading the Cash App teams in the Business Service Center.
As the BSC serves additional countries, the role will expand accordingly.

The primary purpose of this position is to be 2nd line manager for a team in charge of:

Processing customer invoices and credit notes while working on clearing any exceptions in the process. Applying incoming payments to open accounts receivables while working on any exceptions in the process. Collecting money from customers by submitting statements of account and dunning unpaid amounts. Motivating the team to identify improvement initiatives and being the project sponsor for initiatives impacting the process. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, Group policy, deadlines, and internal control. Defining end-to-end performance indicators and identifying key performance indicators for Service Level Agreements. Reporting to leadership and business periodically on Key Performance Indicators and ensuring Service Level agreements are met. Being the escalation contact for Region/Country. Accountable for Business Service Center desktop procedures accuracy. Respecting all Air Liquide safety policies, procedures, and programs. Being responsible for policy and internal control observance during the execution of activities, and defining and executing remediation plans for audit findings. Being the Shared Service center escalation contact for internal customers. Promoting effective and clear communication. Managing team building activities and promoting good working environment relationships. Managing resource allocation within the Team to ensure efficient/effective resource utilization. Being a core team member for new process/activities transitions. Are you a MATCH? 4+ years of experience in finance area is required, with account receivables preferred.

2+ years of experience leading teams.

Finance, Accounting, or Business Management degree required.

English language proficiency is required.

Portuguese language preferred [A1/A2].

French language preferred [Level: B1/B2].

Spanish mandatory.

Must possess solid business administration skills and strong corporate business acumen and negotiations.

Quality assurance and management skills.

Cultural awareness and change management skills.

Economic principles – financial and managerial accounting.

Business law and contract administration experience preferred.

Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.

Technology proficient.

Track record of success facilitating progressive organizational growth and development.

Excellent writing, verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

The ability to effectively interface with senior management, board members, and staff.

Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards.

Demonstrated problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Demonstrated entrepreneurial ability to develop alliances and coordinate shared interests of all parties.

ERP (SAP, Gideon, Dynamic 365, Oracle) experience desirable.
