Job Summary: SUMMARY OF POSITION:
- Originating, structuring and monitoring Export Finance, Trade Finance, Transaction Banking and Receivables Supply Chain Finance transactions in the US.
SCOPE: - Target clients will be Corporate, Governmental entities, MNCs, and local and international financial institutions.
Export Finance Products: ECA financing.Multilateral agency loansCommercial Loan with CRI coverTrade Finance Products: Import documentary letters of credit and confirmationsCross-border trade-related Standby L/CsPerformance guaranteesFinancial guaranteesReceivables & Supply Chain Financing: Supply Chain FinancingReceivables Financing / Reverse ForfaitingTransaction Banking: Short WC Loan and Cash managementMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages a portfolio of clients for ITB (both Corporates and MNCs) in close coordination with Coverage.Provides clients with a comprehensive range of products.Identifies opportunities, structures transactions and prepares term sheets and offers.Prepares and submits Business Opportunity Memorandum (BOMs) for New York and Paris Business Committees.Contributes to credit process, sponsoring and defending credit files.Negotiates documentation (in conjunction with legal counsel where applicable).OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow-up of portfolio.Support in the preparation of the budget.Contribution to increase revenues and profitability.Cross selling in general with other Product Lines of ITB and other Business Lines in the Bank.Salary Range: $230k - $260k
