How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Billing Senior Analyst reports directly to the Billing Team Lead. The primary function and purpose of this position is to ensure that the billing process, credits and credit notes are timely and accurately carried out.
Job Responsibilities Billing Process: Ensure accurate, complete and timely billing of AL customers, in line with customers' purchase orders, contracts, delivery notes and other requirements.
Update pricing as approved and timely, as well as new sales items.
Ensure speedy submission to the customers (by any means necessary: email, e-portal, etc).
Maintain constant communication with AL logistics / Commercial teams, credit analysts and collectors.
Issue credit notes aligned with Air Liquide processes and procedures and in compliance with our internal delegation of authority.
Respond to customer inquiries as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Work closely with members of the Finance team, the Accounts Receivable team and Collection.
Find new ways to improve the efficiency of the process. Make recommendations regarding process improvement.
Performance, Quality and Conformity: Ensure accuracy and reliability of the deliverables.
Ensure corporate rules & principles are properly applied.
Respect all Air Liquide safety policies, procedures and programs.
Participate in the promotion of Air Liquide's safety objectives. Know and follow Air Liquide's procedures.
Are you a MATCH? Qualifications Education: Finance, Accounting, or Business Management bachelor degree.
Language Requirements: English language proficiency is required. [B2]
Spanish mandatory.
Knowledge and Skills: 3+ years experience in Billing.
Knowledge of Google environment preferred.
Oracle knowledge preferred.
Experience in a multi-national company desirable.
Experience in a shared service center desirable.
Oral and written communication skills.
