Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities Customer Service
Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours.Schedule weekly calls with Customers to ensure orders are being executed to the customer request date.Direct contact with customer to resolve disputes.Send to the customer's Order Status Report.Order Execution
Proactively manage order backlogFollow-up the reporting order status.Follow up on commitments and delivery milestones with the customers.Owner of the delivery process through internal supply chain.Sales estimates assessment in monthly basisSales Updates 
Weekly monitoring critical orders with sales team.     Risk and Opportunities analysis based on credit status, customer feedback, plant deliveries, logistics timing and service operations.Professional Degree Requirements: Professional degree in a business-related field.Experience Requirements:
Preferable 2 years in administration orders and resources.Preferable experience in ERP programs.Ability to handle multiple task and changing priorities.Preferable 2 years in Customer Service.Ability to travel up to 20% inside Argentina. Technical Knowledge Requirements: Supply chainLogisticsOrder administrationERPTraits & Skills: Self-confidence.Analytical capacity.Effectively works across company departments to produce quick results to serve customers.Resilience.Self-starting and action oriented.Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.Proficient computer skills including Excel.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including using tact and good judgment when dealing with others.Experience with Oracle strongly preferred English proficiency 70% at least.
