We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) to help support our Payroll team. As an Oracle HCM QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Oracle HCM applications and solutions.

Tasks Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Oracle HCM applications to ensure software quality and adherence to business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to identify and resolve software defects and inconsistencies. Perform regression testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and performance of Oracle HCM solutions. Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, ensuring robust and reliable software releases. Document and report test results, defects, and issues in a clear and concise manner, providing recommendations for improvements and ensuring timely resolution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 3+ years' experience in Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence Management 3+ years' experience working with Oracle HCM (preferably in Payroll and Time & Absence modules) Proficient with SQL/PG-SQL (at least 2+ years' experience and experience with complex joins) Experience in Data Migration testing, Functional testing, and E2E testing Experience with writing detailed manual tests and bug reports Ability to work with business and UAT to translate functional and non-functional requirements into test cases and test scripts Experience with Azure DevOps Benefits Fully remote work Monthly payment in USD as a contractor (service contract) It would be best if you had your own computer Working hours: 9-hour shift, 5 days per week Technical certifications Join Heinsohn Business Technology as an Oracle HCM QA Engineer and impact leading industries with cutting-edge software solutions.
