Operations Support Representative Lubes

- Stock System Management - Inventories for 3 warehouses
- Purchase of lubricants to local suppliers
- Logistics coordination between warehouses
- Logistics coordination supply to customers (warehouses or vessels)

- Custom Docs Management
- Delivery Docs Management
- Invoicing to customers coordination
- Payment to vendors coordination
- Monthly reporting of stocks and HSSE spreadsheets to HQ

Requirements :

- Advanced English level
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Hybrid role.
- Availability to work on weekends.
