As an Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing millions of dollars of active construction work across multiple markets. What You'll Do Manage all aspects of multiple multi-million dollar construction projects, leveraging Ernest's proprietary software to ensure financial and quality targets are maintainedWork closely with our construction leadership team to manage operations and quality across new job and geography expansionsManage external client and customer relationships to properly identify and process scope changes, address issues, and communicate regarding project milestonesServe as a liaison between product development and the construction execution to provide feedback and support the implementation of new featuresWhat You'll Need 3+ years in operations or expansion focused roles in dynamic, fast paced companiesStrong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with a demonstrated sense of urgencyManage cross-functional projects, manage external client relationships, and your own workload simultaneouslyStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environmentFull professional bilingual (Spanish, English) proficiencyWho We Are at Ernest
