- Optimize Returns : Manage customer return negotiations, making strategic discount decisions to maximize the value of resold items.
- Task Delegation :
Clearly assign tasks and monitor their completion to ensure all processes are efficient and error-free.
- System Innovation : Continuously seek out new and improved task management systems, moving away from Asana if a better solution arises.
- Inventory Management : Utilize SellerCloud software to manage inventory and oversee product postings, guaranteeing seamless operations (training available if needed).
The Profile
Qualifications :
- Experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within the eCommerce industry.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, with a focus on driving sales and operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a remote team to success.
- Self-motivated, independent thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Superior communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- A collaborative team player with a calm and patient managerial style.
