Responsibilities :
- Manage daily clock-in and clock-out processes for our caregiving staff.
- Monitor and promptly address any operational issues, maintaining accurate records for seamless prebilling.
- Handle sensitive communications with patients and their families, providing thoughtful support and information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, effectively managing incoming calls and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Execute various administrative duties, ensuring everything is in order for our clients and team.

The Profile
Qualifications :
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Experience in the home care industry; familiarity with HHA Exchange is a plus, with training provided if necessary.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in medical coding, including proficiency with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes, are essential for this role
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a confident and reassuring personality.
- Available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
