As an OPS Analyst, you will be part of the Conciliations team.
How Yuno will challenge you Collect, analyze and interpret data related to payment reconciliation, including transactions, errors, discrepancies, and processing times.Identify trends and patterns in data to inform decision-making and process improvement.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor payment reconciliation performance and communicate results to stakeholders.Collaborate closely with product, development, and customer service teams to understand the needs and challenges related to payment reconciliation.Propose and evaluate solutions to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our payment reconciliation processes.Manage, survey, and document new vendor integrations to the reconciliation process.The skills you need Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or other related disciplines, or equivalent experience that demonstrates proficiency and expertise in these areas.At least 3-4 years of previous experience working as a data analyst, business analyst, or in similar roles in technology or fintech companies.Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data effectively.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Working knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, Excel, or others.Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems and drive business growth.Fluent English is a must.
