We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our LATAM team. The main aim is to ensure our operations run smoothly and all the processes are productive in all the markets we operate, plus the capacity for business analysis and finding new business opportunities.
What you will be doing: Formulate business strategy with others in the team.Implement efficient processes and standards.Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.Requirements: 3+ years of proven experience in Operations area or similar.Familiarity with all business functions including Legal, finance, supply chain, or IT.Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.Attention to detail.Ability to work with tight deadlines.Advanced English required.Experience working within the payments industry is a big plus.What we offer: A global environment with teammates living around the world.Opportunities in a fast-paced growing company.Flexible time.If you are results-driven, have a good ability to work under pressure, and can prioritize, this is your job!
